No emergency services. The Site does not provide monitoring or emergency response. If you need emergency help, contact local emergency services.

The Site links to third-party websites and services (manufacturers, retailers, platforms, video hosts, forums, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for:

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No consequential damages. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- Cap on direct damages. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Security Atlas and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your reliance on Site content (including product information)
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Site
13) Changes to the Site or Terms

14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law/Dispute provisions).
15) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
